okay major update on Monica: Grant went and sent her an email basicaly asking her if when she asked him about his valentine on wednesday night, if she was asking him out!! yikes! Monica completely flipped out when she read the message. she went and talked to Rachel about it. and they crafted a good response. it basically told Grant that she was just curious to see if he had anyone in mind for a valentine and that she hasn't hung out with him outside of taekwondo and that she needs to get to know him a bit more. and she put a winking smilely at the end. hahah sooo cute! i hope it works out. i'm dying to hear what he writes back!

alright so a little background on Jamal and Phoebe: They have been best friends for like all eternity. they tell each other absolutely everything. this only thing is , is that Jamal lovesss Phoebe in a relationship way and for the longest time Phoebe didn't know. when she realized it she tried to ignore it and act as if he didn't cause she didn't like him back that way. to an outsider you'd think they were already going out though. they walk together in the morning he comes to her locker and waits with her. he walks her to the bus. he hangs out with her constantly. drives her places. texts her constantly and calls to say g'night. religiously. Phoebe admits she doesn't like him in that kinda way. she feels bad leading him on but she can't help it. she likes the attention. she feels bad cause she likes everything about Jamal but she isn't physically attracted to him. its not that she's shallow. i mean you've gotta be physically attracted to someone to have 'chemistry'. yano?

Sightings:

Jack, who is Monica's ex BF, hitting on Rachel, Monica's bestfriend, during band class...Rachel was cold and Jack kept insisting she wear his sweatshirt eventhough Rachel was walking away trying to get rid of him. Poor boy. Rachel isn't even friends with him. (Jack is a sophmore and Rachel is a Junior, newly 17)

okay so Monica some how grew balls a.k.a. got the courage today while talking with Grant. it started off when she went to her Taekwondo class around 7pm. Grant came over to her and said hey and chatted and asked her when her birthday was since he knew it was coming up soon. She then told him, it's next monday, the 19th (she'll officially be 17). so then throughout the class they flirted and chatted and such. afterwards they met up in the lobby after changing and Monica headed out the door and held it open for Grant. he blushed and thanked her. They walked together for a bit chatting about w/e. then Monica "grew balls in the matter of seconds" and asked him if he had a Valentine for Wednesday!!!! can you believe that!!! That's sooo NOT like Monica. She's NEVER been that forward with a guy before! it's kinda cool though. She really likes him, a lot. He then said (with a smirk on his face), no and Monica replied "well maybe you should rethink that" (wink)!!!!!! OMG totally! and then they said g'night and walked to their respective cars!! yikes x 23450930597457. Monica's now worried about seeing him on Wednesday! she's not sure if he's going to be a Valentine-like or be weird. Though he DID re-ask her when her birthday was. maybe he was planning on doing something special then??? i wonder...

Gosh okay Rachel is getting completely mixed signals from Joey. She's liked him for awhile. and the girls all think he likes her though he doesn't have the balls to ask her out on a date. he really should. they'd be awesome together, i don't mind mixed racial couples at all (Rachel is white and Joey is black). Joey's problem is that he can be soooo cute and sentimental with Rachel but also be an asshole the next day. its confusing and he's hard to read at times.. i'm hoping things will straighten themselves out by prom. they'd make an awesome couple!!

Sightings:

Jamal talking with his English teacher explaining how it's his fault that Monica isn't ready for her oral because he left her paper at home when he printed it out. Luckily the teacher is madd laid back and understood and gave Monica an extra day!! Lucky her!

Chloe throwing herself all over Ross in the hallway when he was walking/flirting with Monica. LITERALLY. she ran up and said Ross hug me i'm cold and then she didn't let go. Ross was completely uncomfortable, poor boy.

Alright so i guess i'm just going to jump right into things ...

Phoebe, who is one of my best gal friends ever, has just confessed to me that there's this guy that she has been best friends with forever, well they basically just confessed  their love for each other. and i asked her who it was and she made me guess! so i guessed and i got it right! it's Zack! of ALL people. it's kinda crazy. i never really knew they were great friends. but i was all supportive, like i should be, and was like WOW thats awesome! so are you guys together now? and she was like wellllll, theres a problem....Phoebe is BEST FRIENDS with Jamal. and Jamal is totally in love with her, it's kidna pathetic, maybe i'll get into that another time. the major thing is, is that Phoebe just told Jamal like 2 days ago that she wasn't ready for a relationship!! so if she goes out with Zack then its like BOOM SLAP in Jamal's face. so she's in a bit of a dilemma.

and ofcourse poor Noelle, she's not depressed but she's always down about how she think no one likes her etc etc. all the girls try and be supportive but it's like umm hello you arent the ONLY SINGLE PERSON HERE! she's blind. none of our friends have a significant other, gosh.

Monica and her taekwondo boy, Grant are totally hitting it off. hopefully he'll make a move soon. Monica is dying for him to ask her on a date. as of now, they see each other monday wednesday and some fridays. He teaches her class, along with other instructors (Grant is a third degree black belt and Monica is a Yellow belt). Monica is 17 and Grant is 20. Its not that bad of an age difference. Just as much as Phoebe and her last boyfriend. Maybe Grant will ask Monica to be his Valentine?!?!? who knows?

Rachel going bowling with Joey, Jamal and Chandler late Saturday night. Lil miss Pimp!! Monica, Phoebe, Makayla and Julie heading over Julie's house for a fun late night.
